A MASTERCLASS IN MAXIMIZING INTERNAL PERSPECTIVE WITHIN A PRECISE FOOTPRINT

We completed the conceptual facade design for 25 Calotti – Great Lakes Eye Centre clinic in 2025, establishing a bold identity through clean geometric lines, dynamic cantilevered forms, and a carefully curated palette of metal panels, rich wood textures, and expansive glass. The material selection and colour palette, cool blues, neutral greys, and natural wood tones, are intentionally aligned with the brand identity, conveying trust, professionalism, and calm. The design builds on clarity and perception, echoing the clinic’s purpose. It layers solid, transparent elements to create depth, lightness, and a smooth visual flow within a compact footprint. Horizontal metal cladding reinforces a precise, contemporary language, while warm wood accents soften the composition and introduce a welcoming human scale. Generous glazing maximizes daylight and strengthens the connection between interior and exterior, enhancing the patient experience. Crowned with a restorative rooftop green space, the building integrates nature as a calming counterbalance, resulting in a refined architectural landmark that elevates both functionality and brand presence within its urban context.
