Melanie is a Senior Architectural Designer with over 10 years of international experience across Canada, the U.S., and Asia. As a LEED Accredited Professional and BIM Manager with a specialized Certificate in Construction Management, she bridges the gap between visionary design and site-level execution.

Melanie’s expertise lies in resolving complex site constraints through a combination of distinctive creative talent and deep building code knowledge. By leveraging BIM-driven technical coordination and her background in construction management, she ensures that every project, from intricate retrofits to large-scale new builds, is delivered as a sustainable, investment-ready asset. At ARCCAN, Melanie oversees the design lifecycle, ensuring that market-led strategies are translated into sophisticated, code-compliant, and environmentally resilient architecture.
