The Husband – JP is an exceptional Green architectural designer and project leader with over 11 years of experience managing construction and design across Canada, Australia, and Latin America. Holding an MSc in Construction Project Management, he has overseen portfolios exceeding $3B with a specialized focus on a rich array of different project types. By combining strategic leadership with technical precision, JP excels at transforming complex spaces while maintaining a dedicated, client-focused approach to every build.

MELANIA TA

B.Arch., LEED AP+

The Wife – Melanie is a powerhouse of design talent and strategic vision, bringing over 9 years of experience as a Senior Architectural Designer and BIM Manager specializing in high-rise buildings and 5-star hotels in Canada, Australia, the U.S.A, and Asia. Certified in Construction Management in Canada and holding a LEED AP+ credential for sustainable design, she seamlessly blends technical mastery with environmental responsibility. Her exceptional design instincts were evident from the very start of her career: as a university student, she independently won two design contracts for projects exceeding 3,000 sqm of GFA, one of which was for one of the largest churches in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam!
