In 2025, we were honoured to complete the concept design for The Root and Rung Hotel, a project that tells a story of growth and arrival. Rising from the Florida landscape, its bold, stacked architecture mirrors the patient reach of a forest, with layered wooden forms intertwining to create a definitive statement. Every level serves as a new chapter of discovery, where the rhythmic geometry of glass and timber invites guests to ascend from the earth, blending modern luxury with a sanctuary that honours the organic spirit of its surroundings.

Spanning 52,700 square feet across seven floors, the development features 75 studio units, each oriented to capture serene views of the surrounding trees or the lake.

Amenities include a rooftop coffee bar, hot tubs, and a dedicated exercise area, all designed to take full advantage of sweeping views over the lake.
